  1. How do I book a hotel with HazTRAVEL? Just fill out our hotel reservation request form (available on each page of our website or by contacting us directly). We’ll send you a tailored quote with hotel options, rates, and terms instantly.

  2. Do I need to pay at the time of booking? Not always. Non-refundable reservations require instant payment. Some bookings require a deposit, which will only be requested after hotel confirmation. Fully flexible bookings may not require immediate payment.

  3. Can I request multiple rooms or group bookings? Absolutely. We specialize in group reservations. You can book multiple rooms for your team and specify individual guest details.

  4. What’s included in the hotel rate? Each quote includes:

  • Room rate per night (single/double/triple as needed)

  • Boarding Type (e.g., breakfast included)

  • Group management support (for large bookings) 

  • Note: Hotel taxes, service charges, resort fees, and other surcharges are only included if mandatory by local regulation, requested by the client, or provided by the hotel/supplier. Otherwise, these are listed in the final invoice.

  1. Can I request specific preferences (e.g., Late check-in, Early check-out)? Yes. Add your preferences in the request form. We’ll communicate them to the hotel, although availability is not always guaranteed.

  1. How long are your offers valid? Each offer includes an expiration date. Rates and availability are dynamic, so we recommend confirming quickly to secure the best deal.

  2. Can you match competitor offers? In many cases, yes. If you receive a better offer, share your offer with us and we may be able to match or improve it.

  3. Do you offer discounts for repeat clients or large groups? Yes. We offer reward points, volume discounts, a 5% cashback vouchers for future bookings. Customers who refer new clients may also qualify for a custom discount.

  3. When will I receive my refund? If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method used.

  4. Can I modify my reservation (dates, guests, room type)? Yes—subject to hotel availability and terms. However, some hotels do not accept amendments. Rate changes may apply. We try to rebook at the same rate or offer the best available alternative. We recommend requesting amendment-friendly options during your initial booking.

  1. What should I do if I face an issue during my trip? For urgent matters (e.g., hotel can’t find your booking, incorrect room, denied check-in), contact us immediately using:

  1. What qualifies as an emergency? Emergencies include:
  • Hotel/resort-related issues occurring within 7 days before arrival

  • Denied check-in

  • Errors in your confirmed reservation

  • Unfair charges or billing disputes
